In view of the surge of COVID-19 cases, we cancelled the programs below.
Please see below for ticket refunds.

【How to refund your ticket】

How to refund your ticket is different according to how you purchased. Please select applicable item below.

Refund Period : 2021 September 10 (Fri) 10:00 – 2021 October 29 (Fri) 23:59
Please refund your tickets before the deadline.

1. Purchased on July 10 at Ticket Window
2. Purchased on OMF Web Ticket
3. Purchased at Kissei Bunka Hall / Matsumoto Performing Arts Center / The Harmony Hall
4. Purchased on Ticket PIA
5. Purchased on LAWSON Ticket
6. Purchased on eplus

1: Purchased on July 10 at Ticket Window

How to Refund	Ticket fee will be transferred to your designated account. OMF Executive Committee will send “Ticket Refund Application” to your registered address by mail. Please follow the instruction and send the application back.

2: Purchased on OMF Web Ticket

①For those who paid by credit card (except those who already issued ticket at Seven-Eleven)

How to Refund	Ticket fee will be transferred to your credit card account (No procedure needed)

②For those who issued tickets at Seven-Eleven

How to Refund	Please refund your ticket at Seven-Eleven Bring your ticked to the Seven-Eleven you issued your ticket. The name of the shop is written on down-left on your ticket. Please call Seiji Ozawa Matsumoto Festival Executive Committee if it is difficult to go to the shop.

③For those who paid through bank transfer or at other convenience stores.
For those who paid at Seven-Eleven and received tickets by mail.
